Return Eligibility


To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Returning Your Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:


◆ Contact Us: Email our customer service team at sales@afmart.co.za or initiate a return request through your Afmart user account dashboard.

◆ Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

◆ Packaging: Carefully pack the item(s) to prevent damage during transit, including a copy of your order confirmation and the RAN.

◆ Shipping: You are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.


Refund Process


Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process a refund:


Refund Timeline:

Refunds may take up to 5-15 business days to be reflected in your original payment method, depending on the merchant.

◆ Alternative Refund Option: You can opt to debit the refund to your Afmart wallet for future purchases.

◆ Full Refund: If the return meets our policy guidelines, you will receive a full refund for the item(s) returned.

◆ Partial Refund: If the item is returned in used or damaged condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.

◆ Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply for certain items, such as electronics and tools, that are returned without packaging or in damaged condition.


Exchanges


Afmart does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
